Since its inception, Adtalem’s Empower Scholarship Fund has been a beacon of opportunity for students striving for academic excellence and personal growth. With a total of 2,731 scholarships amounting to over $5.13 million offered in the past seven years, the fund has been instrumental in shaping the futures of aspiring scholars.
The fall 2023 scholarship cycle stands out as the largest in the last eight years, with 102 offered scholarships totaling more than $203,500, and more than 4,000 student applications submitted. This milestone not only highlights the fund's capacity to empower students, but also underscores the increasing need for such support.

About the Empower Scholarship Fund
The Empower Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2000. It provides support to eligible students who demonstrate academic success and financial need at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Chamberlain University, Ross University School of Medicine, Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, and Walden University.
