AUC Students Get Creative to Teach Fifth Graders about their Organs

American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine students visited Sister Borgia Elementary School in Sint Maarten, where they taught fifth grade students about the heart, lungs and gastrointestinal systems, and described the relationship each has with the other. The visit is part of the University’s Body Smaart initiative, a student-led health education program for primary school children. Read more here.
