Rooted in operational excellence, our Growth with Purpose strategy continues to fuel sustainable returns. As a trusted pathway for aspiring healthcare professionals, we’re investing in innovative programs to meet rising demand, ensuring a skilled workforce that meets the needs of communities across the United States.

Let’s take a look at how Adtalem is driving innovation and expanding impact at the institutional level.

Driving Workforce Solutions Through Education and Residency Success

Adtalem’s medical and veterinary institutions—American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine (AUC), Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM) and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine (RUSVM)—are building on a strong foundation of excellence and impact.

This year, total enrollment grew by 1.2% year-over-year, reflecting the success of strategic initiatives aimed at utilizing our existing capacity while expanding opportunities for students nationwide.

For the fourth consecutive year, AUC and RUSM graduates achieved a 95% first-time residency attainment rate—a benchmark of success that speaks to the strength of academic preparation and clinical partnerships. More than 615 students and graduates will begin training at over 325 health facilities across 42 states and territories, spanning 26 specialties. Over 130 matched into partner clinical hospitals, a testament to the program’s deep connections to healthcare systems nationwide.

RUSVM graduates also continue to excel, ranking first among all universities in the total number of graduates matched into selective internships and residencies through the 2025 Veterinary Internship and Residency Matching Program. For five consecutive years, RUSVM’s program has remained among the top schools for postgraduate match success, providing critical clinical experience in high-demand specialties like surgery, cardiology, internal medicine and emergency care.

Chamberlain recently marked its ninth consecutive quarter of total enrollment growth, reaching a record-high 40,564 students—a 6.8% increase year-over-year. This milestone reflects the growing national demand for well-prepared nurses and underscores the university’s role in transforming nursing education at scale.

Fueling this momentum is a bold new brand campaign, "You’ve Got This, We've Got You," which celebrates the heart of the Chamberlain experience—an unwavering dedication to supporting students through every step of their journey.

You've Got This, We've Got You

Whether studying on campus or online, students know they are part of a community that believes in their potential and prepares them for success. Nowhere is that commitment more visible than in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) online option; enrollment in the BSN online program now exceeds 3,000 students.

Offered in 36 states, the program empowers students to learn wherever they are while gaining hands-on experience at one of the university’s 53 clinical hubs, four of which were newly opened in the third quarter. These hubs help BSN online students enhance their classroom knowledge in real-world healthcare settings through Chamberlain’s partnerships with hospitals, long-term care facilities and community health facilities.

Strengthening the Nation’s Healthcare Workforce

Walden University continues to grow in alignment with the needs of today’s working professionals. The university recorded its seventh consecutive quarter of year-over-year enrollment growth, reaching 48,526 students—a 13.5% increase that reflects the demand for accessible, career-focused learning.

At its 72nd commencement in January, Walden celebrated approximately 6,000 graduates. More than 60% of degrees awarded came from the College of Nursing and the College of Social and Behavioral Health, underscoring the institution’s role in strengthening the U.S. healthcare workforce by preparing qualified professionals at scale.
