A diverse group of people in a meeting

Beginning in 2020, Illinois corporations have been required to file annual reports on the demographic composition of their boards of directors and report on their policies and practices for promoting diversity, equity and inclusion among directors and executive leadership.

In this report from the School of Labor and Employment Relations and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign — which summarizes the data from the 2020 diversity and inclusion findings— Adtalem Global Education is listed in the top five companies for Female Board Representation, Non-white Representation, Gender Diversity and Individualized Race and Ethnicity Diversity Rankings. These rankings reflect Adtalem’s continued commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels of the organization. By implementing actionable, measurable goals, we seek to cultivate leaders who foster a sense of engagement and belonging within their teams and throughout Adtalem as a whole.
