Girls Who Code
DeVry University, Fremont campus welcomed students from the Girls Who Code after school program in California’s Bay area for a STEM workshop, where tomorrow’s tech leaders learned about robotics and assembled their own robot.
"Too often girls don’t pursue computer science because they’ve never been exposed to it, or they don’t see the impact it can make on our world. Through our partnership with Adtalem Foundation, we can show them, ‘Look, you can do this. You can code this. This is a world that’s open to you, and once you learn this skill set, the possibilities are endless.’” - Reshma Saujani, Founder and CEO, Girls Who Code
